which is stronger, in terms of lasting longer in minutes of drunkness, for drunkard title ? or they are both the same power only different effect ? tnx.

Witches Brew is the only one that gets you drunk. Absinthe is just a green flame.

not realy absinth gets you drunk also i tried i got a few minutes of drunkard with it, but is witches brew stronger than absinth, or are they the same.

5 absinths made me drunk for 3 minutes... havent tried witch brew yet

according to wiki, witches brew is stronger alchohol like firewater and spiked eggnog.

However, also according to the wiki, whilst Witch's Brew gives a stronger -looking- effect (ie more blurring), it still only has a 1min duration, so won't help you towards your drunkard title any more quickly than the absinthe or plain old dwarven ale would. Firewater, on the other hand, has a 3 minute duration, as well as a stronger visual effect.
